Non-public information does not include information available from government records, widely distributed media, or government mandated disclosures.

We have established proceeds to assure the accuracy and current status of your financial information in accordance with commercial standards.  Procedures are also in place to respond to you and correct inaccurate information in a timely manner, as required by federal or state laws.
